Orders can be placed or cancelled  through telephone by speaking with one of our catering representatives. 

Please inform the Catering Department of any allergies or food specifications. We are not a nut free or allergen free facility and claim no responsibility for any reactions from any food prepared in our facility.

 

Small Party Tray serves approximately 10 – 15

Medium Party Tray serves approximately 20 – 30

Large Party Tray serves approximately 35 – 45

X-Large Party Tray serves approximately 50 – 60

 

 

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

 OVEN: BEEF, CHICKEN, PORK DISHES –  Preheat oven to 300 F. Place in a covered ovenproof dish and heat for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

OVEN: ANYTHING FRIED – Preheat oven to 300 F. Place in uncovered ovenproof dish and heat for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

 

MICROWAVE: ANYDISH – Place in a covered microwave proof dish. Heat for 1 to 10 minutes depending on the amount until desired temperature is reached. Stirring occasionally is preferable..

MICROWAVE: FRIED/ NOT SAUCY DISHES must be uncovered when reheating in microwave for 1 minute or more depending on the amount.

NOTE: For Beef Morcon, Chicken Relleno, Rellenong Bangus and Pork Embotido – cool in fridge before slicing, then reheat. Chicken Relleno and Pork Embotido can also be served cold.
